PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment is accepted via PayPal
Prepayment is required, usually 100% or 50% before and 50% after sketchRefunds are possible before completion of work (the amount depends on how much work is already done)
Refunds after delivery are not possible

DEADLINES

I usually draw a sketch in 1-3 days and spend 1-2 weeks on a full render of illustration with alternate version
*I handle orders in parallel, so if there are several of them, the work may take longerIn any case, I set a deadline during the order discussion phase and note it in my Trello

WORKFLOW

Firstly, you contact me on Discord with your idea, and I provide an estimated price and timelinePlease provide a detailed description of your commission idea. The more information you provide, the more clearly I can bring your vision to lifeUpon agreement, I will send an invoiceWork begins only after the invoice is paidThen you will receive 1-3 sketches to choose fromAfter you approve the sketch, I will send you progress reports. You can request changes at this time!3 revisions for any edits are allowed at sketch phase
3 revisions for minor edits are allowed after sketch phaseOnce the final piece is approved, you will receive the high-resolution file via Dropbox

Usage & Commercial Rights

Personal Use (Default)All commissions are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. The Client may not use the artwork for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to creating products (prints, stickers, keychains, etc.) for sale, advertising, or monetized contentCommercial UseIf you intend to use the artwork for any commercial purpose, you must purchase a Commercial License. The fee for commercial rights is typically 200% of the price. This must be discussed and agreed upon before work beginsCopyrightI retain all copyright and ownership of the created artwork. This includes the right to display the work in my portfolio and social media, use it for self-promotion if order is not private. The Client receives the right to use the artwork for the agreed purpose (personal or commercial, if licensed). The Client may not claim the artwork as their own creation, alter it without permission, or remove the artist's signature/watermark
