TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 11.02.2025This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PRICES AND PAYMENTS1. The price of each order may vary depending on its complexity and must be confirmed with the Seller before finalizing the agreement.
2. The Seller reserves the right to charge additional fees for services not listed in the standard price list or on the Seller's website.
3. The Customer agrees to provide payment within two (2) days of confirming the order with the Seller.
4. Payments are accepted exclusively in United States dollars (USD) and must be processed through the Ko-fi platform. Payments through any other method are not permitted.PROGRESS AND REVISIONS5. Work on the order will commence only after all details are discussed and full payment is received.
6. Orders are processed in the order they are received and placed in the Seller’s queue. The current queue and its status can be viewed on the Seller’s personal website or another designated platform.
7. The Seller will provide revisions at designated stages of the process (e.g., sketching, line art, flat coloring, shading) based on the type and complexity of the commission.
8. The Customer is entitled to three (3) full revisions during the sketching phase.
9. After the completion of the final Product, the Customer may request a reasonable number of minor edits (e.g., changing eye color or fixing small details), which collectively should not exceed 10% of the total creation time.CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY10. If the Customer fails to make full payment within two (2) days of order confirmation, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
11. The Customer may cancel their order at any time; however, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the stage of completion.
12. Once payment has been made and the order accepted, the Seller cannot cancel the order.PRODUCT DELIVERY13. The final Product will be delivered digitally via Google Drive, with access provided by the Seller.
14. It is the Customer's responsibility to download and properly store the delivered files.
15. The Seller does not guarantee the long-term availability of the files in the event the Customer misplaces or loses them.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE16. The commissioned Product is intended solely for personal use. Any commercial use, resale, reproduction, or publication for purposes beyond personal enjoyment must include clear attribution to the Seller.ADOPTABLES AND YCH17. Adoptables and YCH (Your Character Here) artwork are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined on the platform where they are listed for sale.
18. The Customer agrees to review and comply with the additional conditions specified on the platform before making a purchase.
19. All rights, restrictions, and usage limitations for adoptables and YCH purchases, including personal or commercial usage, will be explicitly stated on the sales platform and must be adhered to by the Customer.
